MoodDiary is a cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy diary for patients with mood disorders, like depression and anxiety. You can use MoodDiary to keep a journal of your moods and activities, and also make note of any positive or negative events that have happened to you that day.
This journaling app for therapy has a very simple and intuitive interface.
You can choose the type of journaling you want to do. You can write down your thoughts, feelings, or even the date and time of your activities.
Once you have made a note, you can add a title and a description for your entry.
You can also share your entries with your doctor, therapist, or friends.
The app also has a section where you can find a list of the activities you did that day.
If you want to write about the activities you did the previous day, you can choose the type of activity you want to write about.
You can also choose to include a mood rating for each entry.
